In accordance with the provisions of Organic Act 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, MINILAND, S.A. hereby informs the USER of the existence of an automated data file with personal data created by and for MINILAND, S.A. and under its responsibility, with the purpose of performing the maintenance and management of the relationship with users, as well as for providing information. Upon acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein contained, MINILAND, S.A. will require the USER to provide some essential data for the rendering of its services.

The registration form must be completed in order to access and enjoy some of the services offered on the website. By not providing the personal data requested or not accepting this data protection policy, the USER will not be able to subscribe, register or take part in any of the promotions that request personal data. The USER is solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided, exonerating MINILAND S.A. from any liability in this regard. Users guarantee and are responsible in all cases for the adequacy, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal information provided, and undertake to keep it properly updated. The USER agrees to provide full and accurate information when completing the registration or subscription form. MINILAND, S.A. shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any information that it did not create and for which it quotes another source, and neither shall MINILAND, S.A. be responsible for the hypothetical damages that may emerge from the misuse of said information. MINILAND, S.A. reserves the right to update, modify or delete any information contained on its website, even limiting or restricting access to the information therein contained.

MINILAND, S.A. is exempt from any liability for any damage that the USER may experience as a result of errors, faults or omissions in the information provided by MINILAND, S.A., when it comes from external sources.
